Prior to the end of the initial term, Constellation will send you a renewal notice with a new fixed rate offer.  If you do not accept this offer, the electric supply contract will automatically continue on a variable monthly rate.

You may rescind this agreement without any exit fee or penalty by contacting Constellation within 3 federal business days of receiving the Terms of Service.  To rescind this request please call or email Constellation at 866-917-8271 or customercareTX@constellation.com.  After that time, this agreement, including our Terms of Service, will become binding.
