This is a call Transfer State. The goal here is to try and understand if the customer is looking for Electricity or Natural Gas service. If it was a general customer service call, then transfer or deal with the customer appropriately

If the customer is looking for electricity of natural gas service, and gives the state, then Start Call on the left hand menu and select the appropriate state. Then select Shop from the icons below.
