You agree that you are the authorized account holder and are over 18 years of age. You also confirm your enrollment for service with Hello Energy. You agree that you have read, understood, and are agreeing with the Terms of Service and Your Rights as a customer, Electricity Facts Label, and all documents and disclosures relating to your enrollment of service. You agree to designate Hello Energy to complete the necessary tasks to become your electricity provider. You will receive a copy of these documents via email and US mail, that will explain all the terms of the agreement. If you are switching providers, you have three Federal Business days after receipt to rescind this order without penalty. You can further request a copy to be sent via US mail at any time. This is a Pre-paid service and you will not receive a monthly bill but you may request a summary of usage and payment
